Right of Withdrawal

At Erkules Sport, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received:

  • The products must be unused, undamaged, and complete in all their parts.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, labels, and documentation.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the order via email at erkules2024@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the products you wish to return.
  2. Receive return authorization: Once your request is received, we will send you a confirmation email with return instructions.
  3. Prepare the package: Carefully pack the products to be returned, preferably using the original packaging. Include a copy of the order confirmation.
  4. Ship the return: Send the package to the address provided in the return authorization email. Return shipping costs are covered by the company unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Conditions

Once the products are received and their integrity is verified, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of the order:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refund times may vary depending on the credit institution but generally occur within 7-10 business days.
  • PayPal: The refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 48 hours of confirmation.
  • Other Payment Methods: Refund times may vary depending on the method used.

Returns of Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive defective or incorrect products, please contact our Customer Service within 5 days. We will cover the return shipping costs and either replace the item or refund the full amount, including the original shipping costs.
